We use specialized 'Safe-Root' packaging to ensure your plants arrive healthy. Delivery timelines are estimates. Free shipping is applicable on orders above ₹4999 (standard) or ₹999 (promotional).
Since plants are perishable, we do not offer general returns. However, if your plant arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos for a free replacement as part of our 'Sanctuary Guarantee'.
